Cristina is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an effective method for addressing PTSD symptoms, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help manage anxiety, grief, and depression. She also offers services in Spanish, ensuring support is accessible to a diverse range of clients.
Believing that true strength lies in recognizing when to seek help, Cristina is dedicated to walking with you every step of your healing journey. She accepts private pay at reduced rates and works with insurance providers including BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna.
