I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings with diverse populations, including supporting children and adults who have experienced abuse and neglect, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, children and families with chronic and life-threatening conditions in a hospital setting, and the geriatric population both in home and facility settings.

In private practice I have experience working with those going through relationship/marital issues, trauma recovery, life transitions, adult ADHD and depression and anxiety. I also have experience and training providing faith-based counseling for a local church. I enjoy working with men and women from young adults to geriatrics. 

Additionally, I have experience working in healthcare as a clinician and executive leader. I implemented and built a new behavioral health service line at an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) that included counseling and psychiatry. I also provided consultation to other healthcare leaders regarding patient and employee relations and wellbeing.

Furthermore, I love counseling and coaching other mental health and corporate professionals as they navigate their careers. I am a Clinical Supervisor for LMSWs and Counseling/Social Work Grad students therefore I enjoy teaching! I have a strong passion for empowering professionals to reach their wildest dreams!
