Mission
At Isabel Vee Counseling, PLLC, our mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care while actively working to destigmatize mental health services for communities of color and support individuals from marginalized backgrounds. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive space where healing and growth are prioritized for all who seek our services.
Approach
Our team uses a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. We combine evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities to help clients address core beliefs and past trauma. Our goal is to guide clients in overcoming negative thought patterns and behaviors by focusing on the root causes of their challenges, fostering deep and lasting healing.
