I’m here to offer compassionate guidance to individuals, couples, and families alike.

I specialize in working with teens and adults, helping them find balance and peace during difficult times. For couples, including those seeking premarital counseling, I provide a space to explore healthy communication, build trust, and navigate relationship challenges. As a father of two neurodivergent kids, I also bring personal and professional insight.

For men, especially men of color, life’s challenges can feel especially heavy. I understand how overwhelming it can be. Whether you’re a teen or adult or couple, I want you to feel heard and supported every step of the way. Let’s work together to move forward and achieve healing and growth.
