When an immigration case involves trauma, danger in the home country, family separation, or significant emotional hardship, a psychological evaluation can be a powerful part of your legal packet.

I provide comprehensive immigration-related mental health evaluations for individuals and families involved in U.S. immigration proceedings. My goal is to help decision-makers clearly understand the psychological impact of your experiences, through a report that is both clinically sound and tailored to immigration standards.

I provide psychological evaluations for a variety of immigration cases, including:

• Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
   
• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
   
• U-Visa (victims of qualifying crimes)
   
• T-Visa (victims of human trafficking)
   
• Asylum & Withholding of Removal
   
• Cases involving family separation, trauma, persecution, or emotional hardship

Each evaluation includes:

• A comprehensive clinical interview
   
• Review of relevant records and case documents
   
• Standardized mental health screenings (when appropriate)
   
• A detailed, attorney-ready report tailored to immigration criteria

Immigration evaluations are considered forensic/immigration services, which are not covered by insurance.

Standard Immigration Evaluation — $600+
Includes the clinical interview, mental health screenings, document review, and a comprehensive, attorney-ready evaluation report.
This is a starting rate. Fees may increase for complex cases or when more than two interview sessions are required. A personalized estimate will be provided during the consultation.

Expedited Evaluation & Report — $850+
Priority scheduling and expedited report preparation are available.
Additional fees may apply depending on urgency and case complexity.

Deposit: $50 due at scheduling
 

Remaining Balance: Due at or before the evaluation appointment

Payment Plans:
Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. The full balance must be paid in full before the completed evaluation report is released.
